SHIPMENT

Orders will be dispatched the day after. On Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays no orders will be shipped.

To ensure that your orders arrive at the correct address, please make sure to enter all your address details and your direct telephone number correctly.

In the event the shipping address is erroneous and the delivery is rejected by the shipping company, any extra shipping fees to resend the order to the correct address are to be paid by the Customer and not by Sansbio S.L.

Sansbio S.L. cannot be held responsible for any lost shipments caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine the clearing charges with regard to receiving an international order. These charges are the Customer’s responsibility, not Sansbio S.L.’s.

CANCELLING ORDERS

You can cancel your order by email or by phone.

If your order has not been shipped yet, the full amount will be refunded.

If your order has already been shipped, we will immediately request the shipping company to return the shipment. In this case the amount paid will be returned after deducting the shipping fees charged by the shipping company (even if in the initial order the shipping fees were not charged to the Customer).

Refunds will be processed by bank transfer or will be directly credited to your credit card.
