Refund policy

The Customer has fourteen (14) calendar days upon receipt to return the goods.

The Provider shall refund the total amount paid by the Customer within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the Customer’s return notification. The refund will be processed by bank transfer or directly credited to the bank card used for the initial order payment.

Unless the goods are being returned because of product defects, any return-related shipping costs will be at expense of the Customer, even if in the initial order the shipping fees were not charged separately. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the Customer.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

The return policy does not apply to downloadable software applications, to personalized products, to items that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or to other exceptions as laid down in the law.


Please check all goods upon arrival for defects. All shortages or shipping errors must be immediately reported by email (hola@superglorioso.com). Please state your full name, order number, product description and reason for return. If there has been a mistake while processing the order, or if the goods are damaged, the return shipping costs will be at our expense. The full amount of shipping costs will be refunded.

In case you want to return a product for other reasons than those mentioned above, please send us an email with the same details within 14 days after receipt. Please remember to add a letter stating your full name, order number and reason for return. In this case, Sansbio S.L. will not pay for the return shipping fees, but the full order amount will be refunded.

When returning an order, please make sure to pack the goods in the same conditions as they were upon receipt and to ship them back safely. Any discrepancies during the return process are the Customer’s responsibility.


Refunds will be processed by bank transfer or will be directly credited to your credit card.
